If you are visiting D.C., be sure to take a day off from monuments and museums and visit the National Arboretum. The Power Plants Exhibit runs from through October 15, 2009. From the Arboretum Website: "Walk-through Power Plants Exhibit and explore a variety of plants that offer alternative energy possibilities. The garden exhibit showcases living plants and provides educational information about how they can serve as sustainable agriculture-based renewable energy sources."
