The Thinking Man's Thinking Man on Global Warming

Al Gore is a formidable opponent on the Colbert Report: watch the video.

Last night Stephen Colbert debated himself on the Colbert Report in a segment he calls Formidable Opponent, the topic: global warming. It's sad to say, Colbert's debate points, crazy as always, are not too far off from the real global warming debates. Centered around, "which do we put first the state of our planet or the state of our economy," at one point Colbert One (or was it Colbert Two?) just says "recession" over and over again to argue the point.

Who's really the best person to debate global warming? Al Gore! And what do you know, he has a new book, Our Choice, to shamelessly and hilariously promote. Gore appears next to Colbert and does what any of us would love to do to a global warming skeptic...he dunks Colbert in a tub of water. Watch the video to find out why.
