Dry Dock
The effects of the Drought of 2007 can be seen in this picture of Turtle Lake in Florence, Alabama. In my home of Lawrence County, Tennessee, many families have lost water as a result of wells running dry. Many creeks have slowed to a trickle and, as you see at Turtle Lake, some bodies of water have completely dried up. September 6, 2007
