It's almost here! Spring, that is. One more solid month of winter and then the buds will begin to start forming. In the meantime, the temperatures are still frigid and that calls for some hearty food in your belly to keep you satisfied and toasty. Listed below are 10 winter warming recipes that are sure to comfort you.

1. Chicken Noodle Soup. I had to start with a classic! This version of the old-fashioned soup only takes 20 minutes to make.
2. Pressure Cooker Salmon Risotto. Ever made risotto? Then you know how laborious the process can be. With this recipe, you let your pressure cooker do all the work! And the addition of salmon is a great way to get in some heart-healthy omega 3's.
3. Slow-Cooker Short Ribs with Root Vegetables. Prepare this recipe in the morning and set your slow cooker for eight hours—the enticing aroma of beef, carrots, and garlic slowly roasting is sure to welcome you home like a warm hug on a cold night.
4. Slow-Simmered Turkey, Pot Pie Style. This is not your typical frozen pot pie. Dark-meat turkey thighs combined with cream and savory thyme only make it seem like you spent all day in the kitchen (don't worry, your slow cooker won't tell on you).
5. Slow Cooker Chipotle Beef Chili. This wouldn't be a very good winter warming recipe list without chili—especially with the big game approaching next weekend. Serving 20, this recipe is the perfect dish for your Super Bowl get-together.
6. Eight-Hour Coq Au Vin. Don't let the title of this recipe fool you. While it may take eight hours before you can dig in to this classic French stew, after a little bit of prep, just sit back and let your slow cooker work its magic.
7. Vegetarian Lasagna. I didn't forget the vegetarians out there! And carnivores at the table will be none the wiser that the veggie crumbles in this lasagna aren't meaty bits of beef.
8. Veggie Mac 'n' Cheese. Another recipe that vegetarians will enjoy—and safe to say everyone else as well. We added broccoli to this cheesy bowl of heaven so you get your greens and appease the guilt.
9. Coconut Rice Pudding. You didn't think I'd leave out desserts, did you? Don't let the coconut fool you—there's no way you'll think you're on a tropical island with this creamy, steamy indulgence.
10. Dulce de Leche Bread Pudding. Yep, I saved the best for last. This decadent dish will heat-up the coldest of nights and satisfy even the most discerning sweet tooth.
