Round Hill Rum Daiquiri

Infused with apricot brandy, lime and pineapple -- not to mention Appleton rum, the daiquiri served at Round Hill Hotel and Villas is like no other. It is consistent with Chef Martin Maginley's drive to take traditional Jamaican food to another level.

INGREDIENTS
2oz Appleton V/X Rum
1oz Coruba Dark Rum
A dash of Apricot Brandy
1/2oz fresh lime juice
4oz pinapple juice

PREPARATION
1. Shake with ice, strain and enjoy.
