Green apple gives this mint martini some fresh zing.

4 wedges of green apple
10 leaves of fresh Indian mint
3/4 ounce clover syrup (made from dry clove buds)
1 1/2 ounces of white rum
3/4 ounce aloe gel
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/3 ounce Dekuyper Pucker Sour Apple Schnapps
1 mint sprig
1. Muddle green apple, Indian mint and clover syrup.
2. Shake with ice.
3. Add white rum, aloe gel, fresh lime juice and sour apple Schnapps.
4. Top with mojito foam.
5. Garnish with a couple slices of apple and fresh mint sprig.
