3 large lemons
1 bunch rosemary
4 cloves garlic
4 lbs. chicken wings
1 loaf whole grain bread
Extra-virgin olive oil
Wine: Pinot Grigio

When you walk in the door, don't refrigerate the chicken wings. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and set out all the ingredients and tools you will need. Refrigerate the wine.
Squeeze the lemons through your fingers into a medium sized bowl. Peel and mince the garlic. Pluck 1/3 cup rosemary leaves; mince. Whisk the lemon, the garlic and the rosemary together. Put the chicken wings in a roasting pan, and pour the lemon juice and herbs over them. Shake the pan so the lemon juice runs all through the wings.
Put the chicken wings in the center of the oven to roast. They will take about 35 minutes to roast to a crisp golden brown. After about 15-20 minutes, check the chicken wings it's time to turn them so they crisp and brown on the other side, too.
Set the table, slice the bread, open the wine and pour yourself a glass. When the wings are golden and cooked, take them right to the table. Don't forget a hot pad, a serving fork and the wine!
