This guacamole recipe is so good you may need to make a double batch! And since it has fewer calories than other snack dips, you won't feel guilty doing it.
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 medium lime, juiced
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño pepper
1. Place the avocados and lime in a medium bowl, and lightly mash with a fork. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
2. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 3 hours.
