4 boneless pork loin chops, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches thick
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
1. Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over chops in a sealed container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours for more marinade flavor.
2. Prepare a covered grill with a drip pan in center banked by medium-hot coals.
3. Remove the chops from the marinade, reserving the marinade to baste the chops while grilling. Grill the chops for 12-15 minutes, turning them once, and basting them occasionally. Serve hot off the grill.
