SERVINGS
3
INGREDIENTS
2 cups plain tap or filtered water
2 green tea bags
3/4 cup 100 percent natural wild blueberry juice
1/4 cup orange juice
PREPARATION
1. Heat water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. When almost boiling (small bubbles begin to form), take off the heat and place tea bags in water. Steep for 4 minutes.
2. Remove tea bags from water. Pour into 1-quart pitcher. Add blueberry juice and orange juice. Pour over ice or serve hot.
Variation: You can make this tea with nearly any kind of fruit juice. Experiment with some of your favorites. Apple, peach, cherry, and raspberry are just a few options to consider.
