2 cups apple cider
2 cups cranberry juice
2 each orange zest strips
1 cinnamon stick
6 fluid ounces rum, brandy, or bourbon (optional)
PREPARATION
1. In a saucepan, combine cider, cranberry-juice cocktail, orange peel and cinnamon stick. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add rum, brandy or bourbon, if desired.
