A simple whole wheat pasta recipe with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
16 ounces whole wheat pasta
8 ounces shredded mozzarella

PREPARATION
1. In a large pasta serving bowl, add first 4 ingredients. Cover bowl and chill in refrigerator while pasta cooks.

2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

3. Remove bowl from refrigerator and add cheese. Stir mix.

4. Strain pasta and add to bowl while steaming. Serve immediately.
