This recipe is great for those with milk and egg allergies.
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegan margarine
1 tsp mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup vegan chocolate chips or 1 cup vegan marshmellows
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Beat sugar and magarine together then beat in banana and vanilla.
3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking power, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in bowl. Combine wet with dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips or marshmellows.
4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and drop on sheet, 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
