This no-fuss dip is great for all sorts of vegetables, chips and crackers.
INGREDIENTS
1 eight ounce package light cream cheese
8 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
8 ounces low fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 red pepper, seeded, finely diced
1 clove garlic, minced
PREPARATION
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors infuse.
