1 ounce fresh lemon thyme sprigs
1 ounce fresh tarragon
8 teaspoons honey
PREPARATION
Combine the lemon verbena, lemon thyme, and tarragon with 8 cups water in a large saucepan over high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover, and remove from heat. Let steep for 45 minutes, strain, and stir in the honey. Cool and serve over ice.
