Bonterra Chardonnay

Bonterra Vineyards has grown organic grapes in California's Mendocino Valley since 1993. It ages its chardonnay in oak, but not long enough to mask the underlying citrus and fruit flavors that the vintner says are characteristic of grapes grown organically in the region.
