When Cargill Meat Solutions recalled 29,339 pounds of fresh ground beef products July 22, it was unclear how consumers could protect themselves from the meat that could be contaminated with Salmonella Enteritidis. But as of today, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service has listed several retailers affected by the recall.
