In the latest episode of Scary Foods of China, we have on the menu dumplings stuffed with pork and cardboard. According to Beijing News today, the Beijing Industry and Commerce Bureau found a dim sum vendor making and selling a variety of dumplings filled with chopped cardboard and an industrial solvent softener; ingredients not typically found on anybody's food pyramid.
