Top with a dab of yogurt for breakfast or a scoop of ice cream for dessert.

INGREDIENTS
1 or 2 apples (depending on size), peeled and sliced
3 Tbsp. rolled oats (not instant)
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. flax seed meal (optional)
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. melted butter

PREPARATION
Place fruit in small microwave safe bowl. Combine dry ingredients and stir in melted butter. Sprinkle topping over fruit.

Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until apples are tender.
