Linguine with Shrimp

Asian Flavored Pasta with Shrimp, Radishes, and Cucumbers

INGREDIENTS
12 oz. box linguini
1 lb. shrimp

Sauce:
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
3 T sugar
2 T oil 1 T grated ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 English cucumber, sliced thin

Garnish:
chopped scallions
sliced radishes

PREPARATION
1. In pot, boil pasta for 7 minutes.
2. Add shrimp to pasta for 2 to 3 minutes more. Drain all.
3. Add all sauce ingredients to empty pot. Stir to mix. Simmer 2 mins.
4.Remove from heat. Add linguini, shrimp and cucumber. Toss to mix and coat. Add garnish.
