Yields 2/3 cup
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar or coder vinegar
dash of hot oil or a pinch of cayenne pepper
3 scallions, trimmed and diced
3 Tablespoons water
1. Combine all ingredients. Serve in a small bowl with egg rolls, Chinese dumplings or stuffed cabbage rolls.
