A summertime refreshing drink from a true beekeeper.

1 pint vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
2 1/2 cups fresh berry mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup light honey, clover or locust
Mint sprigs, for garnish
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, except for the mint.
2. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve immediately in tall, chilled glasses. Garnish with the mint sprigs.
