Have you ever felt bad about being taken advantage of by a big corporation, or even a small business? Make your own "black list" and post it on your refrigerator. List the company (in black marker) and the reason why you, as an individual, are not using their services anymore.

You will feel empowered that you have a voice, even if only on your refrigerator. All your family and guests will see your displeasure with the service that was/wasn't provided. Just think if every house had one...
