Is Nuclear Power Worth the Risk(s)?
The earthquake-induced meltdowns of nuclear power plants in Japan have highlighted the risk of catastrophic radioactive releases, and there's still no proven safe way to store nuclear waste. Then again, climate change demands low-carbon power sources. Is nuclear worth the risks?
