Would You Eat Genetically Modified Salmon?
The Food and Drug Administration has declared a fast-growing genetically modified salmon as safe, setting the stage for approval in the coming weeks. While genetically modified corn, soy and other plants are already widespread, salmon would be the first genetically modified animal for sale as food. What do you think?
