The Vietnamese capital city Hanoi is suffering from its worst flooding in 35 years, according to Agence-France Presse news service.

Already, more than 70 are reported dead across the country, as flood waters rise as high as eight feet in some areas.

Vietnam is plagued by severe flooding from tropical storms. Last year, hundreds died in flooding, and just in August more than 100 died in a round of storms.
