The Nissan Altima Hybrid is the least well-known of the hybrid options—largely because it’s only available for sale in a handful of markets around the U.S.—but that doesn’t mean it’s not a worthy rental contender. About the same size as the Camry Hybrid, it gets just a bit better mileage. That similarity shouldn’t come as a surprise given that both vehicles are based on the same hybrid system found in the Prius.
Like the Fusion and Camry Hybrids, the Altima Hybrid is a more subtle green statement than many of the other vehicles on this list.
