Hoback River

America's natural gas rush is a threat to water in many communities, according to American Rivers, including in Wyoming, where the Hoback River abounds with wild trout in the shadow of tall mountains near the tourist mecca of Jackson Hole. The Forest Service has the power to control natural gas exploration in the region and prevent development that threatens the river's water quality or the world-class scenery.
