The 2010 Heart of Green Awards celebrate individuals, organizations and companies that help green go mainstream. The 2010 ceremony, held at the LEED Gold-certified Hearst Tower in New York City was a celebration of optimism, as individuals working on issues ranging from chronic childhood illnesses to ocean conservation won awards for making real progress, while engaging the public at large.
