If Those Florida Keys Tar Balls Aren't from the BP Oil Spill... Then Where in the Gulf Are They From?

As this AP video shows, experts are saying that those tar balls that washed up in the Florida Keys are not chemically related to the oil spewing out of the Deepwater Horizon wreck. It's not BP's oil, they say. It's not that Gulf oil spill.
So, where did that oil come from?
