Only comedians would name a benefit show Night of Too Many Stars, and that's what they've done for their "Overbooked Benefit for Autism Education," airing April 13 at 8 p.m. on Comedy Central.

Fresh from the Oscars, Daily Show host Jon Stewart will lead an all-star lineup that includes Will Ferrell, Adam Sandler, Steve Carell, Tina Fey, Conan O'Brien, Stephen Colbert, Sarah Silverman and Amy Poehler, according to the Chattanooga Times Free Press.

The goal's a worthy one: raising money for education and schools for children with autism spectrum disorders. Autism affects as many as 1 in 150 children, and its causes are still controversial, even as the rate of diagnosis has climbed over the past decade or two.

The second benefit organized by cartoonist and writer Robert Smigel, this may outdo the first, which raised $2.6 million in 2006.
