This recipe was created by Sarma Melngailis exclusively for eco-sexuals, and it's a lovely blend of baby arugula, mâche, and shaved fennel topped with a sensuous vanilla-bean vinaigrette and cinnamon figs, pistachios, mint, and parsley.
