Tropical Storm Kiko Forms in Pacific
11th Tropical Storm in Eastern Pacific Threatens Mexico

Tropical Storm Kiko has grown out of a stationary tropical depression in the Pacific south of Baja California, and the storm is slowly moving toward Mexico.
Storm tracks show the storm skirting the coast, and a direct landfall, over the next several days.
