Chinese Gas Imports Hit 10-Year High

China imported more gasoline in August than at any other time in a decade, according to Asia Pulse. The fast-developing nation increased imports a whopping 7,800% from a year earlier -- mostly due to a government mandate to keep substantial reserves on hand. September could hit another record, based on early reports.
