Tropical Depression 13 could grow into Tropical Storm tonight or tomorrow, according to the National Hurricane Center. There's a better than 50% chance of the depression forming tropical storm-force winds.

The meandering storm is still sitting off the coast of Mexico, sitting nearly 200 miles east of Tuxpan, Mexico in the Gulf of Mexico. If it strengthens, it would be named Tropical Storm Lorenzo.
