Tropical Storm Ivo Forms in Pacific
Storm Continues to Strengthen, and Has Hurricane Potential

Tropical Storm Ivo has formed in the Pacific Ocean, south of Baja California. It is strengthening as it moves across warm ocean waters and is expected to reach hurricane strength within a day or two, according to the National Hurricane Center.
