Tropical Depression Forming in Pacific

National Hurricane Center Tracks Area of Low Pressure off Acapulco

An area of low pressure several hundred miles south-southwest of Acapulco could form into a tropical depression within the next couple days, according to the National Hurricane Center.

Conditions, it said, are favorable for further organization and development. It is moving west-northwest at about 10 mph.
