A British car maker will market the Lightning next year with claims that it can accelerate from zero to 60 faster than a Ferrari or Porsche, and that it can do it all on an electric battery, according to the Mirror.
It will cost as much as a Ferrari, which isn't hard to believe considering another claim the carmaker makes: that the "revolutionary NanoSafe battery has a range of 250 miles, takes just 10 minutes to charge and lasts 12 years," as the Mirror puts it.
I'd wait for a test drive to see if those claims prove true.
