Organic baby food offerings grow, slowly

Small mom-and-pop (or often, just mom) manufacturers of frozen organic baby food don't have an easy time landing their product on grocer's shelves. But with sales of organic baby food up 12.2 percent to $206 million in 2006, supply will surely follow demand. Keep an eye out for mango vanilla puree as an alternative to smashed peas
