The culprit in the appearance of deadly toxin in the food appears to be under-cooking of meat at the plant, federal officials have said. While only the hot dog chili sauce, sold under such names as Castleberry's, Austex and Kroger, has tested positive for the bacteria, a number of product lines have been recalled.
