Oklahoma Faces Flooding, Again

More Flooding Forecast In E. Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Kansas The region is wet, and getting wetter. More storms are forecast for the swamped region centered on Oklahoma, northeast Texas and Kansas that has been been deluged in recent weeks. Flood warnings are in effect again today for a wide area that includes portions of those states, as well as Louisiana and Arkansas. It's the last thing the saturated region needs.
