Forecast Is For More Flooding Across East Texas Today As flood waters finally subside in Kansas and Oklahoma, Texas is bracing for more rain, more flooding, and more damage. The floods have claimed the lives of at least 13 Texans in the past 2 1/2 weeks, and about 1,000 homes have been damaged.
