Couples are increasingly thinking less about the wow factor of over-extravagant weddings that marked past decades, and more about tying the knot in ceremonies that are simple, elegant and green. The ceremonies don't necessarily emphasize old and borrowed somethings as they go green, but more and more planners, services and products are available for couples that join the wedding planning frenzy with an eye toward creating an environmentally conscious ceremony.
