With the fun artistic spirit that captured Chicago's imagination with "Cows On Parade" in 1999 is back, with a message about the climate. "Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet," a project of 120 organizations, has placed unique 5-foot diameter globes around the city, each carrying a message about the state of the world's environment.
