Office chair exploration just got cooler. Google Earth now makes more than 30 sounds -- from monkeys calling in the Amazon to Antarctic Weddell seals -- available on a free Wild Soundscape Tour to complement the unparalleled views of the world. The Internet service opened up new ways of looking at the world to the average Joe with a high speed connection. Now, that Joe can listen in on some of the world's most fantastic sounds. One piece of advice: Get some earphones. It's hard to make your boss think you're hard at work if monkeys are calling from your cubicle.
