Lexus has been promoting its CT 200h with a Darker Side of Green advertising campaign in hopes of wooing luxury car buyers who aren't necessarily buying hybrids for the betterment of the environment. Still, it gets 42 mpg, making it one of the most fuel efficient cars on the market.
Good Housekeeping named the Lexus CT 200h its Best Luxury Car in recent tests of fuel-efficient cars, noting its "crisp steering and nimble handling."
