Those big lobsters that make Maine famous are getting an extra boost from interstate fisheries regulators. New catch limits are designed to help the East Coast population rebound, as the catch has dropped by half in recent years. The new maximum size catch limits will bring most of the coast into alignment with regulations in Maine, where 80 percent of the nation's lobsters are caught. For the full story, click
