COMMUNITY NEWS

It's nice to see others who care about the environment as much as we do. My sisters and I have a band called Truth On Earth. We write, produce and sing about problems in the world such as Factory Farming, Cyber-bullying, Starvation, Child Abuse to name a few. We are on a mission to get the world on track so future generations will have a planet worth inheriting.

More about our mssion, music and video is at truthonearthband.com and youtube.com/truthonearthmusic.

We would LOVE to hear any suggestions, comments or feedback that anyone feels may help us expand our reach and impact on others who care about fixing the problems we sing about! If you think this is a good cause, please help us out. Thanks.

Truth On Earth Rock on!

The Daily Green's Community News section is a forum for our audience to get the word out about issues that matter to them, enlist support, get help and advice, celebrate successes or share humor. The best submissions are personal (why I started this venture, why I think this is a good idea, how this works for me) short and to the point (400 words or so) and written in a style that speaks directly to the audience as peers (not like an ad or press release). E-mail submissions to news@thedailygreen.com and include "community news" in the subject line. Photos are also welcome, provided the submitter has rights to publish the image. Be sure to include credit and caption information.
