Sunday sales fliers in many newspapers around the country included advertisements for Aqua Dots, the toy that was recalled this fall because it makes kids go comatose.
Target and Toys "R" Us advertised the toy, according to the Associated Press.
The Aqua Dots are coated with an industrial chemical that, when ingested, forms the so-called "date rape drug." The toys were not for sale, even though the fliers advertised them. The fliers had been printed prior to the recall, spokespeople told the AP.
